Repair or Equipment Problem
Something not working? We'll help fix it.
Our technicians repair wheelchairs, power chairs, beds and lifts, in our shop or at home. You don't need to start over as a new patient.

Is this you?
You might be in the right place if…
You don't need to know the name of the equipment. Tell us what's happening, and we'll help you work out the rest.
- Your power chair won't charge, turn on or drive straight.
- A wheel, brake, armrest or footrest is loose or broken.
- Your hospital bed or lift won't raise or lower.
- Your seating no longer feels right or supportive.
- You got the equipment somewhere else and need it fixed.

What insurance usually needs
A short summary. Your plan and your records decide; we check yours before anything is ordered.
How insurance usually handles repairs
- Medicare may help pay to repair equipment you own when you still need it and the repair is reasonable.
- While equipment is still being rented, the supplier is usually responsible for keeping it working.
- Parts under the manufacturer's warranty are repaired under the warranty.
