1. Our Commitment to Equal Access
DME Medical Supplies & Complex Rehab Inc. is committed to providing equitable access to durable medical equipment, medical supplies, complex rehabilitation technology, and related services.
We believe language differences and disabilities should not prevent individuals from understanding information about their equipment, services, or healthcare-related needs.
DME Medical Supplies & Complex Rehab Inc. complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
2. Language Assistance
We provide free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, in a timely manner. These include qualified interpreters and information written in other languages, on paper or electronically.
If English is not your preferred language, please call us at (561) 245-5444.
- Spanish: A Spanish-speaking member of our team can help you.
- Other languages: Tell us the language you prefer. We will arrange language assistance at no cost to you.
When you call, we will offer a qualified interpreter at no cost to you. We will not ask you to bring your own interpreter. If you would rather have an adult who came with you interpret, tell us: we will confirm that choice with you in private, with a qualified interpreter present, and note it in your file. We do not ask children to interpret, except briefly in an emergency while we get a qualified interpreter.
Automated translations may contain errors and are not used as the sole basis for important clinical instructions, coverage decisions, legal rights, or other communications requiring qualified language assistance.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate language assistance will be provided without charge.
