01 · Evaluations

Seating and mobility evaluations

For power and custom wheelchairs, the right chair starts with a careful look at your body, your routine and your home.

  • ATP evaluations Our assistive technology professional measures, trials options and documents what you need.
  • Therapist seating evaluations We coordinate with a licensed physical or occupational therapist (for Medicare, one who doesn't work for us).
  • Home assessment We check doorways, turns and the bathroom so the chair works where you live.

02 · Delivery & setup

Delivered, set up and explained

We bring the equipment to your home, put it together in the right room and make sure it fits the person using it.

Call us to confirm we serve your area. For a hospital discharge, we aim to match the homecoming date.

  • Set up in place Beds, lifts, oxygen and chairs assembled where they'll be used.
  • Fitted to the person Heights, footrests and controls adjusted on the spot.
  • Checked before we leave Everything works, and you know who to call.

How a repair works

  1. Call us at (561) 245-5444 and tell us what equipment it is and what's wrong. Online repair requests are coming soon.
  2. Our service team calls you back to schedule a visit or a shop drop-off.
  3. We find the problem, order any parts and tell you what's covered before we start.
  4. We fix it and make sure it works the way it should.

What to have ready when you call

  • The equipment's brand and model, and the serial number if you can find it (often on a sticker under the seat or frame).
  • What's wrong and when it started.
  • Whether you got it from us or somewhere else.

For private-pay repairs at your home, a technician travel charge may apply. We'll tell you the amount before we schedule.

How insurance usually handles repairs

  • Medicare may help pay to repair equipment you own when you still need it and the repair is reasonable.
  • While equipment is still being rented, the supplier is usually responsible for keeping it working.
  • Parts under the manufacturer's warranty are repaired under the warranty.

04 · Equipment education

You'll know how to use it safely

We show you, and the people who help you, how everything works, and we're a phone call away when questions come up later.

  • Hands-on training Brakes, folding, charging, controls and positioning.
  • Safety at home Oxygen safety, safe transfers and fall prevention.
  • Care and supplies Cleaning, CPAP mask fit and when supplies are replaced.

05 · Insurance & paperwork help

Insurance paperwork is our job, not yours

We work through the coverage details with your plan and your doctor's office, and we tell you plainly what to expect.

  • We check your plan first. What it covers, before anything is ordered.
  • We ask your doctor for what's needed. The exact documents, so you don't have to chase them.
  • We request approvals. Prior authorization, when your plan needs it.
  • We tell you any cost up front. If something costs extra, you hear the amount first.
