Can the Vive Precision smart body fat scale be used by more than one person?

Yes, the Vive Precision smart body fat scale can connect to multiple devices for tracking individual weight trends.

Are the measurements displayed on the Vive Precision scale or only on the app?

Only body weight is visible on the scale display. Other measurements such as visceral fat, water content, BMR and BMI are only available via the Vive Precision app.

Is the smart body fat scale actually measuring BMI or does the scale just use a formula?

Using the BIA technology the scale sends a minute electric current through the body to measure body fat, muscle mass, bone density and water weight.

Is it possible to set the smart body fat scale to measure in KG instead of LBS?

Yes! The body fat scale may be adjusted to provide measurements in pounds, kilograms and stone, in 0.2 increments.

How can I make sure my Vive body fat scale is accurate?

First, be sure to use the scale on a hard, flat surface. Carpeted or soft flooring will produce inaccurate results. If the scale must be moved from location to location, recalibrate the scale by stepping on and then back off, allowing the scale to turn off before stepping on the second time.

What is the weight limit on this smart scale?

The Vive Precision smart body fat scale safely supports up to 396 pounds.

Are the batteries included?

Yes! The Vive Precision scale arrives with three AAA batteries.

Can the smart body fat scale measure regular body weight as well as body fat?

Yes! The smart scale provides seven measurements, including standard body weight.

Can it track more than one person at a time?

Yes! The smart body fat scale will connect to multiple devices for individual tracking.

Can I use the smart scale if I have a pacemaker?

This scale should not be used if you have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, metal plates, screws or a contraceptive appliance. It is also not suitable for pregnant women or small children.
