Durable Medical supplies (DME) and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT). If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
- Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return request must be made within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Custom or special-order items, including Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and
customized DME, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or
damaged upon arrival.
- Items classified as hygiene products (e.g., mattresses, bath safety products, CPAP
supplies) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customs or special-order equipment (including personalized seating and mobility
devices)
- Used or opened items (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
- Hygiene-sensitive products (such as incontinent supplies, opened masks, or
cushions)
- Items not in their original packaging or missing components
- Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] or call 561-245-5444 within
the eligible return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Provide Required Information: Include your order number, product details, and
reason for return.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to 137 S State Road 7, Suite #
303, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33414 using a trackable shipping method. Customers are
responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an error was
made by us.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process your
refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
- Restocking Fees
Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, especially for non-defective
items. This fee covers administrative and repackaging costs.
- Exchanges
We allow exchanges for eligible items. Contact us to discuss options for exchanging an
item for a different size, model, or version.
