Refund and Returns Policy

At DME of Medical Supplies & Complex Rehab, we are committed to providing high-quality
Durable Medical supplies (DME) and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT). If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
    We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Custom or special-order items, including Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and
    customized DME, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or
    damaged upon arrival.
  • Items classified as hygiene products (e.g., mattresses, bath safety products, CPAP
    supplies) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Customs or special-order equipment (including personalized seating and mobility
    devices)
  • Used or opened items (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as incontinent supplies, opened masks, or
    cushions)
  • Items not in their original packaging or missing components
  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    the eligible return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Provide Required Information: Include your order number, product details, and
    reason for return.
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to 137 S State Road 7, Suite #
    303, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33414 using a trackable shipping method. Customers are
    responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an error was
    made by us.
  5. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process your
    refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
    method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  6. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective or damaged item:
  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
  1. Restocking Fees
    Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, especially for non-defective
    items. This fee covers administrative and repackaging costs.
  2. Exchanges
    We allow exchanges for eligible items. Contact us to discuss options for exchanging an
    item for a different size, model, or version.
